The Role
We are looking for exceptional customer focused individuals that place the customer and community at the heart of everything.

The ideal candidate for this position will be dedicated to delivering high-quality customer experiences. This involves connecting with customers, actively listening, and collaboratively finding effective solutions for complex issues.
This role requires a strong focus on first-contact resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.

This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract with an opportunity to go permanent. This position is based at Parramatta, offering a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days working from home. The role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

The Requirements:

  • At least 6 - 12 months of contact centre experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using a computer – accuracy of data input, ability use multiple applications and screen views
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, complete multiple activities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy and solutions focused approach to call resolution
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict

Successful candidates must be either Australian citizens or permanent resident and must successfully complete and clear a National Police Check.
