The Company:

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Install fabricated metal components including balustrades, gates, fences, and custom projects on-site, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of craftsmanship.
• Manage your own installations from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient execution while maintaining safety and quality control.
• Liaise with clients on-site, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all expectations are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

To be successful, you will need to:

• Be a fully qualified Installer with experience in the installation of fabricated metal products.
• Have strong knowledge of installation techniques and practices, particularly for custom fabricated products such as balustrades, gates, fences, and similar.
• Have the ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise installations.
• Have proven experience in on-site project management, from delivery through to final installation.
• Have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to site-specific challenges.

Hours and pay rate:

Hours: Mon - Thurs 6:15am - 4:45pm, Fri - 6:15am - 12:15pm
Pay rate: Installer/Glazier, $35 - $38/hr, + Super + O/T
