Job Opportunity: Roller Shutter & Outdoor Blind Installer/Technician

Due to ongoing high demand, QLD Roller Shutters is looking for additional installers to join our team, working on residential and commercial roller shutter installations.

If you have carpentry or building experience, or have previously installed roller shutters or outdoor blinds, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

• A valid driver’s licence.
• Experience in carpentry, building, or installing roller shutters/blinds (preferred).
• A strong commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Well-presented with good communication skills for client interaction.

About the Role: This is a full-time opportunity (not subcontracted) based in South East QLD, with our office and manufacturing facility located in Coopers Plains, Brisbane. Competitive pay rates are offered (over time on offer also), along with a work vehicle, tools, and technology to complete installations, repairs, and servicing.

On-site training will be provided to help you get started, and we offer ongoing support as you grow in your role.
