Supporting a Partner and and Team in the Insurance Litigation (WorkCover) department. Paperless office + WFH options!

The role

As a Senior Legal Assistant, you will support a Partner and his Team in the Insurance Litigation team (WorkCover). Duties include preparation of list of documents, drafting correspondence, liaising with clients, actioning instructions from authors, proofreading and formatting of all correspondence and legal documents, screening calls, diary management, file management, monthly billings, making travel arrangements, organising client conferences and meetings, scheduling conferences/mediations, preparation of Medicare forms and conference forms, organising medico legal appointments, brief preparation, trial preparation, Disclosure of documents and general admin duties.

You

You will have a minimum of 5 years legal secretarial experience. Some experience in Litigation and/or Insurance is also essential. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills is also essential.

The Law Firm / Salary

Boutique mid tier Brisbane CBD law firm of 40 staff. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $85,000 - $95,000 including Superannuation + performance bonus).
