Slices' is seeking a talented and driven Part-Time Marketing & Design Professional to join our dynamic team in Caroline Springs, Keilor & Doreen VIC. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital and search marketing strategy for our growing business. What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engine optimisation

Creating engaging visual content such as graphics, videos, and web assets to support marketing initiatives

Optimising website content and structure to enhance user experience and improve search engine visibility

Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business objectives

Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or design role, preferably within the marketing/communications industry

Strong proficiency in search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, and email marketing

Excellent graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

A solid understanding of website development, analytics, and content management

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
