Marketing Co-ordinator

What you will do:

The Marketing Co-ordinator role is a newly created position which is responsible for managing the local marketing activities for our Victorian business – Humpy South. This is a part-time role of approximately 20-25 hours per week located at our Mentone office with flexibility around working days/hours.

Key Responsibilities of the role will be:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand identity.

Create and manage email campaigns targeting our audiences.

Create high-quality marketing materials, including all social media platforms and printed materials.

Liaise with our SEO/Google Ads marketing company to co-ordinate campaigns.

Liaise with customers to facilitate testimonials and Google reviews.

Identify and pursue business growth, including targeting customers through database analysis.

Develop a sound knowledge of our product range

Ensure product prices, discounts and offers are communicated clearly to customers and staff.

Qualifications / Skills required:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and graphic design.

Solid understanding of current social media strategies and trends

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Creative flair with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency with graphic design tools and email marketing platforms.

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines independently.

Experience with Active Campaign or Hubspot would be an advantage but is not essential.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to undergo relevant training and development to enhance product knowledge.
