Role Overview:
We are opening therapeutic service within our company and seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of NDIS participants. In this role, you will provide expert therapy services, mentor future OT staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive OT Functional Capacity Assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for NDIS participants.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.

Mentor and support future Occupational Therapists, fostering professional growth and development.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NDIS requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy.

Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).

Previous Senior OT employment or Contract, preferably within the NDIS framework.

Strong understanding of NDIS processes, guidelines, and funding models.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
