About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at Autocycle International as a full-time Sales Representative based in Altona North, Victoria. In this key customer-facing role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative range of motorcycles and accessories across the local market. With a focus on providing exceptional service, you will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What you'll be doing

Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and match them to the most suitable Autocycle International tyre disposal solutions

Provide service insight and tour guide of the facility to demonstrate the disposal process and compliance commitment

Maintain detailed knowledge of our services and processes

Develop and nurture strong relationships with both individual and business customers

Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and lead generation

Provide prompt and professional after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience

Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive or tyre service/ sales industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent product knowledge and a passion for circular economy

A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Confidence in providing site tours and business presentations

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A current driver's licence
