Our client, an independent Federally funded entity focussed on helping the disability community is seeking a Senior CIAM Technical Engineer to join their team in June.

Responsibilities:

• Help lead the implementation and optimization of a major customer identity and access management (CIAM) project, focusing on external and customer user registration, authentication, authorization and user profile management
• Work independently on competing and often urgent tasks to achieve agency CIAM outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective CIAM configurations
• Configure and manage CIAM features, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and security best practices

Criteria:

• Strong experience and expertise in designing, implementing and optimizing customer identity and access management solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent
• Experience working in an industrialised cloud Data Lake and/or EDW environment
