About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, experienced and highly motivated retail sales person to join our team in this full time OR part time position.

Retail experience in a fast paced customer service environment Working alongside the business owners you will assist with providing support to the retail showroom and its customers The position is located in our Osborne Park store in Perth .Furniture experience is not necessary but a background in fashion & a love of everything home decor related is a big a plus

About You & The Role:

Previous experience in retails sales environment & customer service

A good sense of style & great eye for detail

An understanding of VIP 5 star service and Fashion / Home decor trends

Confident communication skills written and verbal and the ability to engage enthusiastically with customers.

A polished and professional approach with an enthusiastic can do / will do attitude contributing to a high performing fun sales environment

The ability to learn and develop in a changing environment

Self-motivated and passionate about reaching and exceeding KPI's and sales targets individually and as part of a team

An innovative thinker that is willing to receive feedback and always try new and interesting ways to change things up

excellent Verbal & written English communication skills

Must have practical hands on organizational skills as you will be required to help maintain a showroom and business.

Assist with merchandise and showroom presentation standards

To be successful in this position, you will have the ability to work autonomously, possess outstanding organizational and problem solving skills, have an eye for detail and have the ability to multitask at a fast pace. Exceptional communication skills and a professional and courteous demeanor coupled with a can do attitude and a willingness to pitch-in is essential.
