About the opportunity:

Position: Dietitian - Senior

Vacancy: Fixed term temporary full-time, up to 11/01/2026, with the possibility of extension, not exceeding 2 years

Location: Townsville University Hospital

The Dietitan Senior will deliver high level dietetic services and leadership within the department of nutrition and dietetics to patients within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service.

• Salary range: $4912.70 to $5286.40 p.f. (HP4)
• Annual leave with 17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:

• Mandatory requirement of a degree qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited tertiary institution (or equivalent)
• Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and Accredited Practicing Dietitian credential. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to commencement of clinical duties.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
• Probation period may apply.
• Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance.
