Key Responsibilities:

Engage and assist walk-in customers in our showroom, delivering a premium customer experience

Handle inbound web, phone, and email sales enquiries, guiding customers to the right product

Convert leads into sales across all platforms including in-store and online

Provide accurate product knowledge and usage guidance across our full product range

Process sales using internal systems, including CSPayroll and e-commerce tools

Follow up on quotes, orders, and after-sales support to maintain strong customer relationships

Collaborate with the logistics and customer care teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Help maintain showroom presentation, including cleanliness, merchandising, and stock levels

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Assist with product launches, promotions, and marketing events where required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in retail or online sales, preferably in the fitness or lifestyle industry

A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Comfortable with technology and online sales systems

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team

Flexibility to work weekends and extended retail trading hours as needed

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering results
