About the Role

We are looking for our next Group Risk & Compliance Specialist. This critical position is responsible for monitoring the operational implementation of our risk and safety framework, including the provision of compliance reporting that identifies incident patterns and catalyses corrective action planning.

As the assurance lead, your key responsibilities will include:

Incident data collation and analysis, including producing dashboard reports that highlight root cause trends.

Continuous improvement reporting, identifying compliance risks within business entities and monitoring progress to close identified gaps.

Conducting risk assessments, in partnership with operational stakeholders.

Internal auditing and document quality control.

Our new team member will have:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role providing auditing, assurance and risk/compliance support in a commercial environment.

Reporting and analytical skills including advanced Excel; you are confident learning and navigating systems to produce standard and custom data sets.

Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of our compliance standards through education, advice and support.
