ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a dynamic team to manage a portfolio of large-scale residential and education projects, including landmark developments valued between $30m and $300m. Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project delivery excellence from concept design through approvals, construction, and handover.

DUTIES

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Manage external consulting and construction teams.
• Drive project outcomes, budgets, and deadlines.
• Foster exceptional client relationships and experiences.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of local industry experience within a consultancy environment.
• Degree in a property-related discipline (Construction, Engineering, or similar).
• Proven experience managing new build development projects, ideally ranging $30-100m+.
• Experience in residential and/or education sector projects highly regarded.
• Strong end-to-end project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
