What you'll do

This role will be joining a team of 28 (Perth and South West), working from the Bunbury/Busselton area and servicing clients in the South West of WA.

• Managing a caseload of clients and providing return-to-work assistance/case management within the workers’ compensation, compulsory third party and life insurance schemes

• Completing ergonomic assessments and workplace assessments

• Fulfilling business development activities to build and maintain relationships with local referrers

• Documentation and report writing

• Full time or part time role available

Who we are

Custodian Work Assist is a WA owned and operated workplace rehabilitation provider. We are accredited with WorkCover WA and Comcare, providing return to work assistance for Workers’ Compensation, Compulsory Third Party and Life Insurance claims. We shoot for the moon and strive to be the best at what we do, while staying humble and authentic.

We work alongside Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation and Verde Nutrition offering exercise physiology, physiotherapy and dietitian services. The group employs an amazing team of over 160 allied health and support staff across Australia.

About you

• Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Chiropractic or Nursing.

• Registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC.

• Experience in workplace rehabilitation is not essential but will be viewed favourably.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.

• Excellent organisation and time management skills.

• Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

• Driven and resilient
