Supporting our client, a successful renewable energy solutions provider, we are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Partner on a fixed term 12 month contract.
Salary range : 80,000 - 90,000 plus super

Airswift are proud to partner with one of the worlds largest and most successful renewable energy organisations. We are recruiting a Talent Partner to join an established, experienced and energetic recruitment team. Working for Airswift as part of our On-site recruitment team for Vestas you will be based in Melbourne and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This will role will play an integral role in delivering recruitment as a service to the Vestas ANZ business.
What you need
One or two years prior recruitment experience is preferred ideally with experience working in a high volume highly compliant industry for example construction, manufacturing, logisics or healthcare. Most importantly the successful candidate will understand and embrace excellence in customer service (working with a broad range of internal stakeholders), have proven organisation skills and have a thirst for learning in a high performance environment. You will be trained in all facets of the role but be a quick learner, have an eye for detail and be an excellent written and spoken communicator.

The role – example of weekly responsibilities
- Draft and post job advertisements
- Actively manage the recruitment of approx 20 roles at any given time
- Conduct interviews in close collaboration with the hiring manager,
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance of all starters
- Liaise with, update and manage the expectations of internal stakeholders
- Maintains recruitment system
