Our Client, a large Federal Government Department is seeking to engage a suitably skilled IT Manual Test Analyst to join their team for a long term contract.

Key Deliverables of the Test Analyst will include:

• Prepare, create, maintain, execute and review test requirements and scripts, derived from design analysis and liaise with design, build and business teams;
• Document test plans in line with the department Test Strategy;
• Identify data requirements to satisfy test cases and create, and maintain test data;
• Liaise with Business Analysts, System Analysts, Architects and Business Subject Matter Experts to clarify intended system behaviour and supporting business processes;
• Provide feedback/reports on estimates of testing effort and progress for project management and planning activities ;
• Contribute to quality assurance reviews and make recommendations for improvements;
• Work with various testing methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in manual testing, including:
• Analysing documented specifications, user stories and requirements to support the creation of test cases;
• Write, review, and execute test casesl
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and skilled at prioritisation and multitasking;
• Ideally exposure to or previous experience in .Net, Seibel, Sales force applications;
• Accessibility testing experience is desirable.
