Healthroos is expanding into the Hunter New England region and is looking for committed and compassionate Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to join our mobile allied health team as independent contractors.

We provide high-quality support to NDIS participants, with a strong focus on neurological, psychosocial, and intellectual disabilities. If you value flexibility, trust, and client outcomes over bureaucracy—this is your opportunity.

What We Offer:

New Graduate Physiotherapists:

$70/hour starting rate

Weekly/Fortnightly mentoring sessions

Guaranteed rate increase after 12 months if KPIs are met

Experienced Contractors (Physio & OT):

Tiered rates up to $120/hour

All admin handled – including service agreements and onboarding

You schedule your own clients – no micromanagement

Do your notes at home, in a café, or even on the beach – full flexibility

Referrals matched to your strengths, locations, and availability

You’re a Fit If You:

Are AHPRA-registered (Physio or OT)

Hold an ABN (Or willing to obtain one) and professional/public liability insurance

Are confident driving and providing community-based care

Have experience or interest in neurological, psychosocial, or intellectual disability

Respond to referrals quickly and communicate well.

Can work independently with minimal supervision
