Are you a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist ready to make a difference? Bodycare is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Onsite Injury Prevention team on an ongoing basis in Bendigo for 6 hours per week for the following shift pattern:

7-9am Tues/Wed/Thurs

About the Role:

Every day at Bodycare offers something new. Your responsibilities will include:

• Early Intervention Physiotherapy: Assess and treat injuries early to prevent chronic conditions.
• Workplace Assessments: Conduct a variety of assessments across different environments, from tarmacs and warehouses to the road.
• Education and Training: Empower workers to take charge of their health through tailored education sessions.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with workers, supervisors, and site leaders to enhance health and safety culture.
• Injury Prevention Planning: Collaborate with your leadership team and site contacts to develop effective prevention strategies using our custom-built software.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Physiotherapy degree with full AHPRA registration.
• At least 1 year of musculoskeletal experience in an onsite or private practice setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, adaptable, and independent approach.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Residency or approved work visa.
