Wahroonga After School Care Centre is looking to employ a Professional Development Coordinator. We are a large service with a license of 200 children a day. We are open 7.15am – 9.30am in the mornings and 2.30-6.30pm in the afternoons. We also operate during school holidays between 7.00am and 6.00pm.

About the role:
You will be responsible for empowering Educators with the guidance and resources they need to shine and excel in their roles. As well as, igniting the children’s excitement and progress, always ensuring their safety while being a dynamic team player.

A successful candidate must be passionate and highly motivated to learn and grow in this position. Job hours and tasks will be flexible to suit the right applicant for our service.

Empower, enable and equip the Educator team.

Work with the Nominated Supervisor to ensure compliance with national regulations, service policies and procedures, NQF is maintained.

Perform administrative tasks as required.

Foster and maintain a positive, safe and professional environment.

Work collaboratively with all staff, children, families, and school community.

Full-time position preferred. However, flexible working hours can be arranged for the right applicant. A minimum of 25 hours per week is required for this role, 3 afternoons a week, and some mornings. Admin hours / non-contact time is arranged to be flexible to your needs.

Award wage on commence with room for it to be increased for right applicant.
