You’ll be working side-by-side with me (hi, I’m Andrew), getting stuck into everything from building smart systems to refining how we support our clients. This role isn’t about following a script—it’s about helping write it.

What You’ll Be Doing
Servicing more leads than you can poke a stick at – you’ll call to book appointments, then onboard them and buy them a property
Hunting down both on- and off-market residential properties that tick the right boxes
Building genuine relationships with agents, developers, and key contacts in the industry
Spotting hidden value—like renovation potential or subdivision opportunities—and making it make sense to clients
Attending property inspections (yep, sometimes Saturdays!) and knowing what to look for beyond the photos
Running the numbers on capital growth, rental yield, and value-add strategies—then breaking it down simply and clearly
Negotiating with confidence and professionalism to get the best result (without the ego)
Helping us fine-tune and evolve our internal systems, tools, and checklists
Supporting clients every step of the way so they feel informed, empowered, and looked after from start to finish
What You Bring to the Table
You’ve got your Full Real Estate Licence (or you’re working on it)
You’ve spent a few years in the world of property
You know your way around a reno or value-add project to spot potential
You’re great with people and even better at negotiating an outcome
You’re confident with numbers—and even better at explaining them
You communicate clearly, listen well, and genuinely care about doing right by clients
You don’t just do the job—you think about how to make it better, faster, and smoother
You move quickly, think smart, and always deliver with care (no cutting corners here)
What Success Looks Like
3+ purchases a month – We’re all about quality over quantity, but consistency counts.
20+ agent touchpoints each week – Whether it’s a call, a coffee, or a quick check-in, building strong relationships is key.
Quick, clear deal analysis – Speed builds trust, and trust wins deals.
1-hour response time for active clients – When they’re in the thick of it, they need to know you’ve got them.
80%+ client review rate – We’re not just aiming for happy clients—we want raving fans.

· Flexible, remote role based in Brisbane, with in-person catch-ups as required
