Join us as a Senior Facilities Officer (AO6) and play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure services for the Department of Justice.
You'll rotate through various functions to coordinate leasing, fit-out, fire safety, fleet, and finance services while providing informed advice to internal teams and senior leaders. You'll engage with stakeholders across government and external vendors to ensure facilities operations continue to run smoothly and cost-effectively.
What you'll do
- Step in, and up, to backfill vacancies and provide high-level support to leads and senior managers within the Infrastructure Services Branch.
- Oversee leasing, fit-out, and fire safety projects, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
- Assist in fleet management operations and support key projects.
- Develop, review, and refine operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice and high-quality client service.
- Lead and support administrative projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Supervise and mentor reporting officers, fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
