We are seeking an experienced Oracle Consultant to join a leading organisation with a strong national footprint. Based at their head office in Barangaroo, this is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-impact work across multiple business functions.

About the Role: You will play a pivotal role in supporting Oracle systems across HCM, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide expertise to optimise business processes and system functionality during a critical transformation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and advice on Oracle HCM modules;
• Work across Finance, Procurement, and Logistics streams to improve system usage;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements;
• Support configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Oracle applications; and
• Deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes.

About You

• Proven experience as an Oracle Consultant;
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM is essential;
• Strong capability across Finance, Procurement, and Logistics modules;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously;
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; and
• Available to start at short notice.
