We have been requested to source a number of Technical Oracle HCM Consultants to join a project here in Australia - roles can be based anywhere in Australia (fully remote) or onsite in Sydney.

In term of skills and experience; These are the 3 key area's

Expert in Oracle HCM Time and Labor
Expert in Oracle HCM Leave, Absence and Benefits
Expert in Oracle HCM Fast Formulas

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM development, support, and maintenance, with specialist application knowledge and experience with systems integration
• Experience working in the HR domain, in modules including – Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Absence, T&L and Benefits.
• Experience with PHQ Fast formulae in terms of their extension/updating and the support/maintenance
• Knowledge of Australian payroll / legistration would be added advantage
• Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills
• Good understanding and hands on knowledge of HCM extracts, OTBI and BIP reports.
• Passionate about quality design, coding standards and good documentation.
• Prior experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite will be highly valued
• Experience in working with Agile and persistent teams will be highly valued.
