We’re on the hunt for a Practice Lead who doesn’t just tick boxes, they break the mould. This isn’t about maintaining status quo. This is about owning a division, shaping it from the ground up, and leading it into its next bold chapter.
You’ll work for a growing Australian consulting business, stepping straight into leading a team of 4 in Australia and 3 overseas, with the mandate to grow, mentor, and scale. You’ll drive customer conversations, solution design, and partner directly with clients to shape transformative D365 solutions. This is not a technical/development role – it’s about vision, leadership, and connection.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, analysts, and engineers.
- Own practice P&L, ensuring profitability and strategic growth.
- Design and deliver innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Develop strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and new business opportunities
- Expand the practice through business development, vendor partnerships, and solution innovation.
What You Bring
We welcome both experienced Practice Leads and those ready to step up into the role. You’ll bring:
- Leadership experience in project delivery, team management, or practice ownership.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and solution architecture.
- Proven business development and client engagement skills, including P&L management.
- A passion for continuous improvement, collaboration, and driving results.

- Consulting background: You’ve walked the walk. You know how to work with clients, challenge thinking, and shape outcomes.
- Incredible communication: You’re client-facing, confident, and can tell a compelling story.
- Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise: You get it. You’ve helped clients solve problems using the stack.
- Pre-sales, proposals and pricing solutions: Bonus points if you’ve done it before.
- Non-profit sector exposure? Even better. Many customers are purpose-led.
