Our growth continues; and as we continue to get busier and busier it's time to grow our team to help manage the volume of work we have, so we are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to come and join our Civil & Rail division across clients in Victoria and to be part of our future success of 2024/25.

Your new desk boasts a healthy and fruitful client-base, with well-established and loyal relationships for you to get stuck into. Our client base is vast and you will network across a broad range of organisation from SME's, through to large multinationals and market leaders. Many of our clients experienced organic growth in this busy market and their 2024/25 pipeline is looking strong so the opportunity here is great.

You will have no geographical boundaries, restrictions or salary levels to limit your earning potential - we value the relationship you build with your clients and we encourage you to be successful.

We are based in the heart of the Melbourne CBD - conveniently located for excellent transport, good coffee and places to eat and socialise at after work.
