About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the role is responsible for the Financial Reporting, Analysis, Compliance, and Risk Management of multiple property development projects.

• Provide monthly management reporting in conjunction with development managers
• Manage the audit process at year end
• Analyse project costs and variance analysis
• Assist in process improvement across the business
• Identify business risks and make recommendations
• Other ad hoc project duties as required

Skills and Experience

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Experience working in the property or construction sector
• Strong understanding of project cost reporting, budgeting, auditing and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Background in professional services environment desirable
