Role

Lead and manage end-to-end audit engagements across a broad client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance, support, and technical review of their work.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and value-driven service.

Collaborate with managers and partners on audit planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Enjoy a balanced workload with flexible work arrangements and realistic expectations during peak periods.

About You

3–4+ years of experience in external audit within an Australian public practice firm.

CA or CPA qualified, or nearing completion.

Confident managing audits from planning to completion.

Experienced in supervising and reviewing the work of junior staff.
