About the Role
Harbour Health Psychology & Clinical Services is seeking a compassionate and committed Psychologist to join our team in a flexible weekend or after-hours capacity. This is a unique opportunity to work with a values-driven practice that prioritises accessibility and wellbeing for both clients and clinicians.

With a large portion of the population unavailable for appointments during standard hours, this role is designed to bridge that gap—offering quality mental health care when people need it most.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing individual therapy sessions during evenings or weekends, based on your availability

Delivering evidence-based interventions (e.g. ACT, Schema Therapy, trauma-informed care)

Maintaining clear, high-quality documentation and clinical records

Collaborating within the service and considering best treatment models for clients

What We’re Looking For

A psychologist registered with AHPRA

At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience

Strong clinical skills working with adult clients

Experience in evidence-based approaches such as ACT, Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed models

A warm, professional, and collaborative approach

Comfort and confidence in working independently outside of standard business hours

Ideal for someone looking to supplement an existing caseload, step into private practice, or explore a more flexible working rhythm
