Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Optical Dispenser role located in Canberra at Junic Eyecare Plus Optometrists Coombs. The Optical Dispenser will be responsible for assisting with eyecare services for both adults and children, conducting eye exams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Optical Dispensing experience

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities

Experience in retail

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus

Certification in Optical Dispensing or related field is desirable
