What You'll Do

You’ll deliver exceptional tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base while working in a supportive and innovative team. Your responsibilities include:

Preparing tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals

Offering proactive tax planning and advisory services

Crafting budgets and management reports to empower clients

Building strong client relationships by providing outstanding service

Mentoring junior team members, ensuring quality, and fostering best practices

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about numbers as they are about making a difference:

Degree in Accounting or a related field

5+ years of experience in Australian Tax Accounting within a Public Practice

Strong proficiency in Xero and other accounting tools

Exceptional communication and client service skills

A commitment to professional development and a collaborative mindset
