In this role, you will be responsible for operating the High Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts with a 3rd Party Logistics company. Additional tasks may include order picking using an RF Scanner, palletising goods, shipping and receiving products, and keeping the facility clean and organised.

This is a temp-to-perm position with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately!

About the Role:

• Temp-perm opportunity
• Competitive Pay + Overtime
• Monday to Friday | Day Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders to meet client needs
• Safely unload incoming goods from trucks and containers
• Operate forklifts (High Reach up to 7 bays and Counterbalance)
• Handle the receiving and dispatching of orders
• Palletise goods for shipment
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Ticket and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (ideally in 3PL or Manufacturing environments)
• Ability to pass a National Police Check
• Proven experience with manual handling and heavy lifting
• A valid forklift license with hands-on operational experience
• Own vehicle is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer systems
• Full working rights in Australia
