We are importer/retailer of new furniture which we receive via containers, teams unload and stage on pallets, the put away team’s bin locate into warehouse racking where picking teams pick for dispatch.

We are currently seeking interest in a high reach LF forklift operator. The role is open to include day shifts and evening shifts if interested.

To be successful:

You must have LF license and have suitable experience to be a safe operator.

You must have your own transport and be reliable. Warehouse located at Acacia Ridge.

Tasks:

Stock put away: warehouse stock into bin locations and updating location.

Stock picking: picking stock from bin locations and delivering to dispatch location.

Stock replenishments: filling pick faces within warehouse racking. Updating of stock location required

General stock movement within warehouse: housekeeping to create a safe work location.

Cycle counting persons which is generally done via high reach machines

Requirements for this role will include:

Forklift license is essential,

High reach minimum experience 12 months

High attention to detail

Own reliable transport

Previous warehousing experience

Always maintain safe working techniques

Good communication skills

Physically fit

Be able to work in a team environment

Day Shift - Positions available fulltime or casual - Monday-Friday 7am - 3pm + overtime and Saturday work.

Evening shifts available for suitable applicants 1pm -9pm

Applicable pay rates vary pending hours worked, early or late shifts etc. Penalties are applied, as per the Storage Services and Wholesale award. Successful applicants pay rate will be reviewed during probation period on productivity and skill level.
