About the Role: This position involves triaging incoming calls from policy holders, not just a call centre role. It requires outstanding communication skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for customer service, as you'll be supporting individuals who may be distressed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage claims effectively, evaluate its urgency of a call back or the policy holder being transferred to a claims manager for immediate support
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to enhance member experience and claims outcomes.
• Support additional tasks as directed by your manager.

• Confident on the phone, hard-working individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learners who can adapt to new computer systems/ come with a tech savvy approach
• Team players eager to learn, supported by a positive office culture and dedicated mentors.
• Someone who is comfortable in a call centre environment and is able to adhere to a fixed roster and break times.

What your roster could like:

• Monday to Friday
• 7.5 hours shifts
• shifts could fall between 8:00am til 5pm
