We have an exciting opportunity within our dynamic and positive customer service team to fill one (1) permanent, full-time position. If you are a motivated and highly skilled individual with a passion for providing quality service, we would love to hear from you!
- One (1) permanent position available.
- Remuneration of $2,507.68 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,009.22 gross per fortnight + superannuation.
Your new role:
Our focused customer service team members are the first point of contact for enquiries and provide valuable assistance for community members with a wide range of requests.
Duties of this position will include but are not limited to:
- Providing advice to both internal and external customers;
- Undertaking call centre operations;
- Processing applications and requests including development applications;
- Providing feedback to customers on unresolved issues in a timely manner; and
- Cash handling responsibilities including receipting and reconciliation.
What you will need to succeed:
- Substantial previous customer service and/or administrative experience relevant to the role;
- Excellent time management;
- Organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
