The Earp family business (sixth generation) was established in 1883 and is one of Australia’s oldest and most trusted family companies. With multiple brands across many markets including Earp Bros, Earp Distilling Co. and Newcastle Cold Storage, we are looking for a hands on Sampling Coordinator to coordinate sampling requirements, storage and replenishment at our Alexandria showroom.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sampling Coordinator to be responsible for the management of our sample displays, stock replenishment and in house sample needs. This role will operate in a dynamic, busy but rewarding environment that provides an opportunity to grow into other roles. We are seeking an experienced and qualified candidate who is reliable, organised and process driven. This is a casual role 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate sample inventory at our Sydney showroom, using inventory and ordering systems

Unpack and put-away sample transfers

Pick, Pack and Ship sample orders

Assist the Sales Team with sampling needs as required

About You
You will be a team player who always prioritises safety and customer service. You will understand your role and how you impact on the delivery of team objectives while prioritising tasks and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Ability to use computer systems to manage replenishment

Experience in maintaining accurate stock levels

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical and decision making skills

Ability to identify process improvements and follow them through

Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to “go the extra mile”

Exceptional organisational and follow-up skills
