The Role
This department is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to help within a dynamic tendering and contracts team. The daily tasks would include:-

• Preparing Capital Infrastructure tenders and undertaking purchasing activities for a variety of categories involving construction, consulting and maintenance;
• Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the procurement function, preferably experience in government procurement environment;
• Working with various stakeholders whilst providing assistance and guidance
• Current start date of 21st April 2025

Your Profile

• Previous QLD State Government experience highly regarded
• Incredible ability to utilise communication to deliver results
• Creatively skilled at demonstrating resilience and embracing new challenges
• Being a positive leader in procurement whilst motivating staff to exceed expectations and provide the highest standards of customer service.
