As this infrastructure business continues to go through an exciting period of growth, they are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to lead the finance transformation for the organisation and drive improvements across their entire finance function to help ensure quality data driven insights across the group.

Reporting directly the CFO, and alongside a dedicated TechnologyOne resource, the key duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Lead the upgrade of an older version of TechnologyOne to the latest cloud based CiA version
• Guide the finance team to ensure all requirements are properly scoped out and executed
• Lead the change management program across the organisation
• Develop new reporting capabilities
• Drive the UAT activities
• Undertake feasibility assessments across all the various modules the business may want to utilise in the CiA version of TechnologyOne
• Help with the assessment of the ERP architecture to ensure fit for purpose
• Implement and lead the training program for internal staff
• Review security access and recommend improvements
• Other ad hoc requirements as the project continues on

The ideal candidate for the role could come from a range of backgrounds but the key transferrable skills will include:

• Must have prior TechnologyOne experience, non-negotiable
• Must have project management experience as part of a finance change program
• CA/CPA Qualified and/or an Accounting background
• A strong knowledge of accounting processes and best practice
• Demonstrated ability to to review, improve and implement financial processes and systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• A strong knowledge of ERP systems and data intelligence platforms
