This is a 12 month maternity leave contract with the scope for this to turn into a permanent position. Our client has a thriving property management business that services the Epping, Ryde, Macquarie Park, and Hunters Hill regions of Sydney. This group is innovative, and service driven, and their property management department is well-established and has minimal staff turnover. With an incredibly hands on department head to help nurture and guide your successful real estate career, this role is ideal for someone looking for a supportive, community-minded, collaborative, and ethical business.

What will you be doing in this role:

This 12 month maternity leave contract will see you manage an immaculate portfolio of under 200 properties that are all grouped together around Macquarie Park.

• Routine inspections
• Outgoing inspections
• Approving applications
• Arrears management
• Repairs and maintenance
• Rent reviews
• Lease renewals
• Maintain relationships with landlords & tenants
• Attend team meetings
• NCAT

The right candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing your own portfolio
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or License
• Drivers license and a reliable car
• Highly organised and great attention to detail
• Tech savvy and willing to learn new processes
• Availability to commence at the end of May and commit to a 12 month contract
