Period of Appointment
ASAP until 21 November 2025.
Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Provide a reception service to the public in person and by phone and screen and direct calls as necessary.
- Undertake a wide range of clerical and administrative duties including typing/audio typing of correspondence, preparing appeal documents, opening, sorting and distribution of mail, accepting and receipting of notices of appeal and monies and balance monies monthly.
- Assist members upon arrival, by providing security passes, Wi-Fi passwords and directing them to hearing rooms.
- Act as court clerk for General Division, set up hearing rooms, co-ordinate attendance of parties, record proceedings and maintain and mark exhibits including calling and swearing witnesses.
- Liaise with appellants, lawyers, planners and other professionals as required.
- Provide administrative support in other areas of the Tribunal as required.
- Order stationary for the Tribunal.
- Undertake any additional duties within the expected range of work of the position.

Desirable Requirements
