About the role

SRPG' is seeking an experienced Excavator and Posi Track Operator to join our team in Burleigh Heads. We build luxury homes on the gold coast and a lot of these are on acre blocks and require a large amount of earthworks. You will be operating an 8T Kubota Excavator, a 4.5T Kubota Posi and a 1.7T Kubota excavator. All our builds are start to finish and your role will include:

Full site cut & fills, under slab base preparation, plumbing and electrical trenches, drilling piers and footings, building sandstone retaining walls and concrete sleeper walls, ensuring sites have adequate fall and runoff, batters, landscaping, digging pools, spreading bulk loads of mulch etc. You will also be required to step out of the machine from time to time when landscaping to help with spreading/raking soil/gravel/sand/mulch etc
