The Role
We are looking for our newest team member to support and manage our much-loved flagship store in Virginia.
This is a hands-on role, and no two days will be the same. Our Retail Managers are passionate about sustainable fashion, business, and providing a unique shopping experience. They are skilled professionals who bring their leadership and innovative thinking, to oversee retail operations, promote growth, implement best practice, and ensure our local retail footprint remains sustainable. They understand that personalised and engaging customer service is key and are committed to the meaningful development of their team and local community.

This is a Fixed- term, Full- time position (38 hours per week) for 6 months with a potential to go permanent and based in Virginia.
What you’ll bring:
- Your experience - minimum 3 years in retail management and previous experience leading a team to achieve key targets and operational outcomes
- Your knowledge – of retail operations, retail strategies, merchandising, leadership, growth and sustainability
- An eye for sustainable fashion and repurposing with purpose – ensuring our customers find their next hidden treasure
- A passion for making a difference and supporting our companions to shop in a welcoming environment
- An appreciation for our volunteers and the role they play in supporting our retail operations
- A collaborative leadership style and an understanding that our people are our greatest asset
