Our Client, a large Federal Government Department is seeking to engage Multiple Cloud Engineers for a long term contract engagement due to commence 01 July 2025.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be required to:

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team to participate in agile ceremonies including planning and estimation;
• Write clean, testable, maintainable and scalable code that meets the stated acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate with team members and other delivery teams to achieve outcomes;
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC);
• Performing additional duties or assume responsibility of functions as directed by the supervisor from time to time;
• Participating in Performance discussions as required by the supervisor.

Criteria

• Demonstrated experience working in a small specialist team or multi-disciplinary team as a cloud engineer in an enterprise-class environment delivering a range of enterprise IT systems based around Microsoft Azure.NET cloud and on-premises technologies, including integration of the two;
• The ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person and via Video Conferencing;
• Experience with any of the following: .NET, SQL, C# or other object-oriented programming language | Microsoft Web API / REST Architecture | CI/CD Practices;
• Experience with any of the following: JavaScript / Typescript, Vue3 or other frontend frameworks | Bash or PowerShell scripting;
• Experience with source control (e.g. GIT).
