About the role

Instyle Electrical & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and highly skilled Multi-Residential Commercial Electricians and Project Supervisors to join our team. Based in the Gold Coast, QLD, this full-time role will see you working on a variety of commercial and multi-residential electrical projects.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing and coordinating electrical work on multi-residential and commercial construction projects

Supervising and leading a team of electricians to ensure high-quality, efficient and compliant installations

Interpreting and adhering to design specifications, blueprints and electrical schematics

Collaborating with clients, project managers and other contractors to deliver successful project outcomes

Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site electrical issues as they arise

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a commercial or multi-residential electrician

Qualified electrician with a current Queensland Electrical Licence

Previous experience in a supervisory or lead electrician role

Strong project management and coordination skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of your work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
