The Griffith University School of Health Sciences and Social Work offers a range of educational programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Logan and Gold Coast campuses, with a growing external reach that enables students to study from anywhere in Australia. The School has a strong research focus, with academic staff from diverse disciplinary backgrounds skilled in areas of domestic and family violence, child protection and well-being, mental health and disability, environmental justice, international and community practice, and a range of associated areas of interest.
Job Description
As a Lecturer, you will contribute to the teaching efforts of the School of Health Sciences and Social Work and carry out activities that maintain and develop scholarly and professional activities.
This role is integral part of developing both entry-level and postgraduate coordination of courses and programs. As well as teaching, you will also engage in research and industry engagement for social work and human services programs.

This is a continuing, full-time position primarily based at either the Griffith University Gold Coast or Logan campuses. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level B range $113,226 - $134,460 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $132,474 - $157,318 per annum.
Qualifications

For this role you must hold a doctoral or masters qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing and/or significant progress towards completion of a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline or field. It is a requirement that you are eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work.
