The Role:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Certificate IV Trainer/Assessor with 3 years or more experience in Operating Earthmoving Machinery (e.g. excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.). The ideal candidate must bring industry insight and practical skills to the classroom and training site, delivering engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant training.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and assess training in line with RTO standards and national training packages.

Provide mentoring and support to students in both theory and practical settings.

Maintain training records and documentation to meet compliance requirements.

Ensure a safe and effective learning environment.

Requirement

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)

Demonstrated experience operating and/or training on earthmoving machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.)

Vocational competencies to at least the level being delivered and assessed

Current and relevant industry experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to quality training and safety standards
