The role
The Customer Care Rep will provide assistance to customers in a professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude at all times. The CCR will respond to customer questions regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues as well as resolve any service issues related to their accounts.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Provide timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emails
Liaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiries
Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and working collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions
Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Process and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner
Are you a MATCH?
Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phone
Previous experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Excellent phone manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Administrative and Sales experience (desirable)
Computer literate with the entire google suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A ‘can-do’ attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy
