Our client, a very well funded Federal Government entity is seeking 4 x ICT Procurement Support Officers to join their team in late May.

Responsibilities:

• Draft ICT procedural, governance and procurement documentation (with minimal direction)
• Perform quality assurance on procedural, governance and procurement documentation
• Coordinate and facilitate procurement related meetings and workshops, including but not limited to industry briefings and evaluation sessions
• Coordinate and administer ICT procurement related correspondence

Criteria:

• Experience with and understanding of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and all relevant additional procurement related policies and legislation
• Demonstrated experience conducting ICT labour hire end-to-end procurement approaches
• Demonstrated experience drafting ICT procurement documentation including but not limited to: RFT documentation- statements of requirement, risk assessments, and response schedules
• Demonstrated experience successfully administering contracts
