The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Roof Plumber Supervisor to join our team. This is your opportunity to work on high-profile and diverse projects—ranging from major industrial mining facilities to architecturally designed government and defence builds.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating metal roofing projects—ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and budgets are all on track.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, builders, and insurers, making sure every stage of the job is communicated clearly and executed to the highest standard. Your Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate roofing/plumbing projects from start to finish

Lead and mentor your team onsite

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies

Conduct site inspections and maintain high-quality standards

Manage project timelines, resources, and logistics

Liaise with builders, insurers, and contractors for smooth delivery

Oversee multiple residential insurance projects concurrently

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in roofing and plumbing supervision
- Mining Supervisor - G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3) (highly preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Sound knowledge of roofing backed by a trade qualification
- A practical, solution-focused mindset
- Computer proficiency (project tracking, emails, reporting, etc.)
- A valid Construction White/Blue Card
- A current Safe Work at Heights Card (issued within the last 2 years)
- Additional certifications such as High-Risk EWP or Trade Cert (highly preferred)
- A valid driver’s license
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
