About You:

You have extensive experience in all sorts of roof maintenance and a stable work history.

You take pride in yourself, your work, site organisation, team safety, and ability to beat daily productivity targets.

You take responsibility for your contribution to the teamwork, ensuring detailed pre-planning and organisation.

You communicate effectively with others on site, the office and our clients - keeping everyone in the loop each day.

Proven experience as a Roof Plumber and proficient in all aspects of the trade

Relevant certifications and qualifications

Ability to install, maintain, and repair roof plumbing systems, including gutters, downpipes, flashing, and roof drainage

Strong understanding of roofing systems, plumbing tools, and techniques

Proactively identify potential issues or delays and implement quick, effective solutions to keep the project on track and minimise disruptions

Identify opportunities for improvement in construction processes, team dynamics, and efficiency

Implement best practices to drive performance and enhance the overall success of the project

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude

Drivers Licence and White Card

Modular home experience (preferred)

Own tools (preferred)
